The 30-day warranty covers eligible workmanship issues and parts supplied by Barrow Byte. Accidental damage, unrelated failures, and customer-supplied parts may not be covered.

Common questions
What does the 30-day warranty cover?
Eligible repairs are covered for 30 days from the completion date. If the same issue returns and is connected to our workmanship or a part we supplied and installed, we will inspect the device and correct the covered issue without additional labor cost.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover accidental or physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, normal wear, viruses or software issues caused after service, unrelated hardware failures, or problems involving customer-supplied parts. Unrelated repairs and replacement parts may cost extra.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Yes. Repair and service appointments include free pickup and free return delivery within our Northwest Arkansas service area. We will arrange convenient pickup and return details after your quote is approved.
Do you perform soldering repairs?
No. Barrow Byte does not currently offer soldering, microsoldering, port replacement that requires soldering, or board-level repair.
Do you accept old electronics?
Yes. Barrow Byte accepts e-waste at no charge. Contact us first so we can arrange a convenient local drop-off.
